Rottweil/Helsinki, December 18, 2025 – The MAIT Group continues its international growth course and enters the Northern European market for the first time with the integration of IDEAL GRP. The Helsinki-based digitalization partner is active in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, and Denmark and brings comprehensive expertise in the Siemens environment.

IDEAL GRP has been operating in recent years under the Eviden brand for Atos Group, a global French company specialized in digital transformation. As part of a strategic realignment, Atos Group decided to give this successful company a new business perspective outside its own group. For MAIT, this collaboration is a significant step in its own internationalization strategy and a targeted expansion of its market presence in Europe. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, once all closing conditions are fulfilled.

With around 80 employees and annual sales of around €20 million, IDEAL GRP is the leading provider of solutions for the Siemens portfolio in the Nordic countries. Having Siemens Platinum Partner status across the Nordic and Baltic countries and as an experienced value-added reseller of digital technologies, the company brings in-depth technical expertise and strong customer relationships to the table. The existing management team under CEO Jussi Jalasjoki will continue to run the business independently on site and expand it together with MAIT.
