Our people, known as MAITs, are the heart of our business. That is why it is so important to us that every MAIT feels welcome, valued and supported. Work-life balance and training are not empty words for us. We firmly believe that happy and well-trained employees are the foundation of our mutual success.
We believe that companies have a responsibility not only to be commercially successful, but also to make a positive contribution to society. That is why we invest in social projects that make a lasting difference in the lives of those who need our support the most.
These are our MAITs
We have a flexible working model that allows our employees to balance work and personal life. Mobile working is not a problem for us and dogs are welcome in the office. Regular events, such as our summer party and Punch Pong, build the team spirit.
Our employee benefits include shopping discounts, onsite gym facilities and the JobRad health and fitness program. We also offer additional leave for older MAITs and a company pension scheme. By setting up a working time account you can make sabbaticals or early retirement a reality.
For a number of years, we have supported charitable projects through the 'Restcent' initiative. Our MAITs have the opportunity to voluntarily donate the cents after the decimal point on their pay slip. These cents are collected over the course of a year and donated to a charitable organization. The projects to be supported are suggested by the MAITs themselves and selected by vote.
We offer young professionals taster days, internships and professional training to help them enter the world of work and develop their potential. Our training and development opportunities enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees. We have also established a leadership campus to help our managers develop their skills.
Regular town hall meetings and internal communication channels such as SharePoint and MS Teams promote open exchange and transparency within the company.
