Dressings, sauces, dips, pasta, soups and meat dishes are produced under strict control and delivered to restaurant chains such as Café Extrablatt or Café & Bar Celona in a consistently high quality. In order to maintain these quality standards while keeping production costs under control, a new ERP solution had to be implemented in 2006. It was particularly important to be able to record cooking losses during the strictly monitored cooking processes.

MAIT's special functions for the food service industry also include strict tracking of batches with an expiry date that meets the standards of the food industry. Extensive manufacturing and logistics functions map the individual processes and take over routine tasks automatically.
The automatic import of orders also automatically creates customer orders as orders - immediately available for planning and production.
