Wild Beauty GmbH has stood for high-quality hairdressing products since 1994. As the sole distributor, Reinhold Wild brought the American cult brand Paul Mitchell® to Germany and Austria. The product range now includes many other high-quality hair care, cosmetic and pet care products from well-known brands. Wild Beauty delivers up to 250 consignments a day to more than 5,000 salons.

Fit for the future with Comarch ERP

At the beginning of 2006, the family-owned company near Darmstadt implemented Comarch ERP Enterprise. The previous in-house developments were unstructured and could not keep up with the company's growth. Wild Beauty was impressed by Comarch's flexible, web-based solutions. Before implementing the software, all processes were analyzed and clean process models were defined. After the installation of Comarch ERP, MAIT expanded the wholesaler's IT infrastructure to include CSS eGecko, the document management system from Easy Software and the Jedox Palo OLAP database.

The implementation of the new company IT has secured the business model in the long term, made Wild Beauty's growth more dynamic and accelerated business processes. In addition to pick-by-voice in the warehouse, the mobile app for the sales force and the multichannel solution are particular highlights for the company: when the order is entered by the sales force at the customer's premises or by the customer himself on the website, the order is forwarded directly to logistics. This guarantees very fast delivery is guaranteed.
